As a Workday Integrations Architect, you’ll work to: Own the end-to-end integration pipeline — from design and configuration to deployment and production support — ensuring Workday connects seamlessly with internal and external platforms via Studio, Orchestrations, Core Connectors, EIB, RaaS, and REST/SOAP APIs Ensure data integrity across all inbound and outbound integrations by building rigorous mapping, transformation, and validation processes that keep Carta's people data accurate and compliant at scale Govern the integration lifecycle — managing code migrations, production hyper care, and Workday release cycles including impact analysis, regression testing, and adoption of new features Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday integrations, advising HR, IT, and business…
