**This is a Full Time position at 40 hours per week primarily located on the Lake Forest Hospital campus with possible travel to the Grayslake clinic. Schedule is Monday through Friday, with the hours being 7:00am-3:30pm and 7:30am-4:00pm.** The Patient Service Representative reflects the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Medicine, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The Patient Service Representative supports the service area by checking patients in and out of appointments.
