Micro - Tue - Fri (12pm - 8:30pm) Sat (10am - 6:30 pm) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrates and promotes the company vision Regular attendance and punctuality Receive samples for analysis and enters all pertinent information concerning testing, reporting, and billing of samples in the computer system per applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Work interactively with the technical staff to help ensure that clients’ expectations are met with regards to testing, reporting, and invoicing Proficient in performing the duties of Sample Registration Troubleshoot and assist others with troubleshooting Fresh Desk tickets to resolve customer issues Perform sample verification and monitor test codes to determine the appropriateness for the matrix received Ensure all work is…
