As Senior Director, Corporate Counsel, you’ll oversee 1Password’s Corporate Legal function and provide strategic legal guidance across a broad range of matters. Reporting to the VP, Legal & General Counsel, you’ll play a key role in supporting 1Password’s growth, M&A activity, international expansion, financing activities and corporate and subsidiary governance. This role also oversees compliance, equity, litigation, intellectual property and marketing matters. You’ll partner closely with leaders across Finance, Marketing, People, Corporate Development and other business functions.
