This role works closely with customs operations, finance, and customers to resolve billing discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and ensure all billable services are invoiced correctly and within established service level agreements. What the candidate will do Review completed customs entries to ensure all brokerage services, duties, fees, and service charges are billed accurately. Manage exceptions from daily feed to USAC billing systems.…
