Vast is looking for an Integration Supervisor, reporting to the Integration Production Manager, to support the development of the systems that will be required for the design and build of artificial-gravity human-rated space stations. This will be a full-time, exempt position located in our Long Beach location. Responsibilities: Direct daily shift activities for a team of integration technicians, maintaining clear tasking, priorities, and workflow execution Facilitate effective shift handoffs between 1st and 2nd shifts to ensure continuous execution and alignment across critical path builds Train, mentor, onboard, and develop integration technicians, ensuring skill progression and compliance with technical standards Manage workforce allocation, schedule balancing, and technician time…
