The Opportunity: Provide excellent customer service to Mattel Toy Store customers and drive store sales. Must be able to work a minimum 3 days per week including Saturday. What Your Impact Will Be: Operate Point of Sale (POS) device and process payments for all guests. Enter new customers and update existing customers in the POS system accurately and with correct membership type. Maintain an orderly and clean workstation. Actively engage with customers to promote weekly specials, add on items and other values and deals. Close POS, document sales transactions, track sales metrics and provide reports to management on sales performance and customer feedback at the end of each shift.
