About this role Faire is hiring a Senior Counsel, Privacy & Product to help our teams build and ship a global wholesale marketplace that handles data thoughtfully. This role is ideal for a privacy expert who also loves to work directly with product teams and advise on a range of legal topics. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, you will partner closely with our product and engineering teams, helping them craft practical solutions to navigate legal complexity. You will also serve as Faire Legal’s in-house privacy and data expert and play a pivotal role in the development of Faire’s data governance program, advising on emerging privacy obligations and shaping the frameworks, processes, and playbooks that protect our data at scale.…
