Lead and coordinate large-scale campus recruiting and diversity-focused events, serving as a subject matter expert in early talent recruiting practices. Manage recruiting logistics, vendor coordination, candidate communications, and the North America campus recruiting calendar to ensure a strong candidate experience. Support full-cycle recruiting for Early Career programs, including candidate screening, interview coordination, career fair participation, and scheduling. Drive process improvements, manage budgets and purchase orders, ensure compliance with policies and payment terms, and contribute to HR projects as assigned. Research and recommend partnerships, events, and tools that strengthen recruiting partnerships and outreach efforts.…
