The Compressor Design and Implementation - Team Lead is a key role responsible for the efficient, disciplined and high‑quality delivery of engineered‑to‑order (ETO) and designed-to-order (DTO) compressor solutions for CHVAC. This role oversees all aspects of compressor design customization and implementation for both La Crosse and Monterrey manufacturing facilities, ensuring factory needs, design intent and customer performance requirements are met. The position requires strong collaboration with ACC Compressor Design teams, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing and Quality. The role ensures ETO Compressor designs are executed quickly, accurately and with minimal downstream issues for equipment teams, enabling CHVAC to support customer‑specific requirements and specialized…
