SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing safety requirements, quality standards, and daily manufacturing production, including ensuring efficiency targets are met. This role leads production employees, coordinates workflow, resolves operational issues, and promotes continuous improvement initiatives to support business objectives.
