The Equipment Rental Coordinator manages the rental process of equipment from external vendors for the SR400 project. This role makes sure the project has the right equipment available on time, controls the on-rent and off-rent status of each unit, compares rates to control costs, and coordinates the monthly billing of rental equipment to the correct project cost codes. Job Description Receive, review, and track rental equipment orders from the project team, and confirm availability with vendors. Coordinate the delivery, pick-up, and return of rented equipment, and make sure the on-rent and off-rent dates are correct. Call equipment on-rent and off-rent on time to avoid extra charges, and keep accurate records of all rented units.…
