As a Payroll Compliance Administrator in the People function, you are responsible for supporting payroll operations and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations. This role combines payroll administration, audit support, tax compliance monitoring, and payroll governance activities to help ensure accurate payroll processing and regulatory compliance. The Payroll Compliance Administrator serves as a key resource in maintaining payroll integrity through auditing, reconciliation, tax rate monitoring, and support of payroll tax filings and compliance initiatives.
