The ISL, Food & Agriculture - Agricultural Production should have hands-on experience in agricultural production or ag supply-chain operations, with direct exposure to grower/harvest planning, feed or raw-material optimization, commodity inputs, perishability, or allocation, and ownership of forecast accuracy, yield, cost, inventory, or supply availability.
