About the Role As a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate for DoorDash for Business, you'll be at the center of piloting and scaling product features that transform delivery quality, making sure every order arrives on time, accurate, properly labeled, and backed by strong options when something goes wrong. You'll shape the experience for clients, dashers, and merchants across the entire journey, not just one piece of it. This is a build-and-launch role: you'll partner cross-functionally to design testing frameworks and go-to-market plans, then turn insights from our core audiences into real product improvements.
