The People & Culture Business Partner will be responsible for providing support, leadership, and oversight of People Services activities for assigned EQX clubs within the Florida and DC Metro market. This role reports directly to the People & Culture Regional Director and will have a heavy presence within the local Florida clubs. The People & Culture Business Partner is a strategic business partner who helps the region achieve its goals by being an advocate, change leader, and champion for inspiring achievement in our employee teams.
