-Provides party services, answers questions, communicates with party customers via telephone, demonstrating proper doll hair care and skin care techniques, resolving and recording customer problems, responding to special requests, assessing needs, and offering suggestions. Provides store leadership with party updates such as food selection and number of attendees. - Works closely with food vendors to provide accurate and timely orders to meet customer demand. - Works closely with RSS on party reservations responding to guests within 48 hours on contact and creates party contract based on guest input and requests. - Works with store leadership to create a fair and balanced work schedule for party team that addresses business need.…
