Schedule is determined based on the course need and the clinical specialty for each 8-week session Typically, clinical instructors are scheduled for 3-4 consecutive 12-hour shifts, which occur over a period of 1-2 weeks each session Please note that additional dates may not be available, and clinical dates are not guaranteed for every session Maternal OB Nursing: Students will be demonstrating nursing skills and procedures in an inpatient healthcare center on a Labor & Delivery unit. This course focuses on family-centered approaches to maternal/newborn care and incorporates health promotion and wellness issues. The childbearing cycle, including normal experience, high-risk factors, complications, and alterations are studied.…
