In the role of Food & Beverage Supervisor, the primary goal is to ensure the satisfaction of hotel guests through exceptional food and beverage offerings. Responsibilities include overseeing daily floor operations, maintaining knowledge of all menu offerings and quality standards, and providing guidance to the team. Act as an ambassador for the hotel's values, fostering a culture of teamwork and service excellence. Train and mentor staff on various aspects, including training calendars, sequence of service, and menu descriptions. Ensure the highest level of guest service is consistently delivered in restaurant and bar areas. Monitor house count, arrivals/departures, VIPs, handling all guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.…
