This position ensures a safe, clean, and enjoyable swimming environment while assisting guests and maintaining pool facilities. Key Responsibilities Safety and Supervision: Monitor the pool area, enforce safety rules, and assist swimmers in danger when necessary. Pool Maintenance: Clean the pool, deck, furniture, and accessories; test and balance water chemicals; perform routine inspections. Guest Assistance: Welcome guests, provide towels, shade, refreshments, and respond to inquiries or requests. Setup and Organization: Arrange loungers, umbrellas, and other poolside furniture; ensure the area is neat and organized.
