The Casino Floor Supervisor monitors the games in an assigned casino pit area. • Monitors the games in an assigned area. • Initiation of fills, credits, and markers. • Extend credit to pit customers. • Responsible for table inventory opening and closing procedures. • Ensure that all games and transactions performed adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and gaming regulations. • Solid customer relations skills and professional image. • Thorough knowledge of at least two games. • Supervisory skills in order to direct, coach and motivate people. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to observe and listen carefully, mental and visual alertness, peripheral vision and good eye/hand coordination. • Good mathematical skills. • Ability to read and write.…
