Performs all activities and job duties in accordance with the department policies and procedures, Internal Control regulations and the Indiana Gaming Laws and Rules. Acquires a thorough knowledge of all table games, gaming functions and methods of cheating/theft. Develops the ability to observe all gaming areas from a Surveillance perspective. Acquires knowledge of all other department’s procedures and is alert for deviations from the Internal Controls and the Indiana Gaming Laws and Rules. Reports all deviations to Lead Agent, Surveillance Supervisor and/or Director. Is alert for any act of a suspicious and/or illegal nature and advises Lead Agent, Supervisor and/or Director when any such activity is observed.…
