The Director, Program Management will be responsible for the overall program implementation and oversight for assigned manufacturing and capital programs within the Engineering organization. The individual will be required to lead a cross-functional team to ensure program deliverables are achieved with adherence to approved budgets. The individual must have the ability to work independently, and also as an effective and engaged team leader. Responsibilities: Lead and direct multiple cross-functional teams for the implementation of complex programs, managing strategy, execution and budget.
