The approach is value driven rather than lead gen: multi-channel integrated campaigns built on what these buyers actually care about, not volume plays behind a form. It requires cross functional collaboration, pulling Sales, RevOps, content, product marketing and website behind one plan. When the business commits to a growth target, this is the person who turns it into a demand plan the whole R&G team can run behind.
