The Portland, OR facility is seeking a highly capable and organized Manufacturing Supervisor for 2nd shift (2:30pm-1:00am) to drive production performance by maintaining strong daily engagement with staff, using a hands-on approach to communication, problem-solving, and performance management to build a high-performing, motivated team. What You’ll Work On Manage a team of manufacturing operators and production technicians (incl. full-time and contingent staff). Manage day-to-day operations for the production shift, including labor and material flow, production scheduling, line support, and change management.
