The Regional Access Director (RAD) is a first-line people leader responsible for the development, coaching, performance management, and day-to-day execution of a geographically dispersed Field Access Manager (FAM) team. This position leads all field reimbursement activities within the assigned region to achieve key patient access objectives in alignment with company vision, values, compliance standards, and client expectations. The RAD observes field activity, identifies market opportunities and access barriers, and develops actionable regional plans that enable FAMs to support healthcare provider offices, strengthen account engagement, and improve patient access outcomes.…
