THE ROLE The Director of PBG Programs will serve as a strategic partner to the Vice President of Product Operations, driving leadership effectiveness and program execution across the Product Business Unit Group. This role plays a critical part in shaping how Pure's leadership team aligns and how its most important engineering programs get delivered — designing the forums where strategy is set and directing the cross-organizational initiatives where it becomes reality. The ideal candidate is a proactive strategic operator who identifies problems and brings solutions without being asked, and carries the technical depth to earn the respect of the R&D community.…
