Position Overview Reporting to the Vice President of Retail, the Director of Retail Training leads the training strategy and execution for Moncler's directly operated stores and concessions across the Americas. The Director oversees Field Training Managers and provides functional leadership to the network of in-store trainers and Training Majors, ensuring learning initiatives strengthen selling excellence, retail leadership capability, client experience, operational consistency, and business performance. In addition to leading the broader Training function, the Director will have direct training responsibility for an assigned portfolio of stores, serving as the primary Field Trainer for those locations.…
