As a VP of HR Consulting, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the HR Consulting team reporting to the SVP of HR Consulting, you will lead the HR Consulting team supporting our Commercial Services function. Working directly with the Chief Commercial Officer, as a thought partner and strategic advisor, the VP will lead the planning and execution of strategies relating to organizational design strategy, talent management, team member engagement, workforce planning, process improvement, and change implementation.
