Job Summary: As a Lead Credit Officer Vice President in Business Banking Risk, you oversee, manage, and make credit decisions for new and existing extensions of credit across the Business Banking line of business. You will evaluate opportunities end-to-end—from due diligence and risk identification to structuring terms and negotiating documentation—while applying sound credit judgment and policy expertise. You will also synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights, translate business needs into clear requirements and stories, and communicate portfolio themes to senior Risk forums. This role provides the opportunity to influence credit strategy, strengthen portfolio performance, and help ensure robust risk governance across the business.…
