In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Conduct all job duties with Safety as a priority and in compliance with Safety Rules. Align with and maintain areas to 5S standards. Segregate non-conforming materials according to work instructions. Maintain equipment with daily cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks. Produce quality parts/assemblies and eliminate the cost of non-conformance. Perform all required testing, paperwork, quality records, documents, etc. Align with all safety and work instructions. Maintain departmental housekeeping rules, standards, and clean/restock as the need arises. Reduce lead times and optimize production cycle to conform to "make-to-order". Maintain competitive cost associated assembly including labor, material, tooling, inventory, etc.…
