On the HR Technology team reporting to the VP of HR Technology & Innovation, you will lead Hilton's global HR Technology Product organization, overseeing the strategy, delivery, and continuous evolution of our Human Capital Management platforms. You will translate enterprise priorities into product roadmaps and technology capabilities that promote an exceptional Team Member experience while supporting Hilton's global HR strategy.
