This role is located in Boston, MA In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: • Prepare and coordinate drafts of regulatory filings for submission to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on client's behalf • Prepare uploads, GAAP adjustments or reconciliations to create initial draft of regulatory filing • Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports in compliance with relevant regulations and standards • Support initiatives to transform existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: • Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, or the equivalent of education and experience is required • 0-3 years of total…
