Planning Supervisor Role Summary The Planning Supervisor will lead and oversee the day-to-day manufacturing planning activities across Pelzer Operations, ensuring production demand is translated into accurate, executable production plans. This role will have direct ownership of WON creation, management, reporting, and governance, while driving alignment between customer demand, production schedules, material availability, and factory execution. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the Pelzer Production Planning team and daily planning activities. Own the WON process, including WON creation, release, maintenance, closure, and overall governance.
