We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Control to join our Depositary Receipts team. This role is located in Lake Mary FL, or New York, NY. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Develop and implement control frameworks by leveraging expertise in risk assessment and management. Leverage the Platform control inventory (RCSA), ensuring it aligns with internal policies, regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX), and industry best practices; amend controls as required off the back of operating risk events. Partner with Platform Leadership Team consisting of Product Managers, Engineering, Operations and Corporate partners to ensure Pod development work aligns with our Risk and Control Framework.…
