We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Corporate Tax to join our team. This role is located in Jersey City, NJ. In-office requirement is four days. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Works with senior management roles to ensure that the appropriate corporate tax policies, methods, standards, processes, reporting and training are developed, applied and understood by impacted stakeholders. Represents Corporate Tax in federal and state audit proceedings, works with tax, legal counsel and external accounting firms to gather facts and develop strategies to ensure compliance with SOX procedures.…
