We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist Client Service II to join our team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Supports clients directly by handling all general banking inquiries Responsibilities include conducting relationship reviews, managing daily overdrafts, processing mail deposits, closing accounts, and opening additional accounts for existing clients Team Members process a high volume of monetary and non-monetary transactions and requests Work directly with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues Support clients with handling all general banking inquiries via a high volume of emails and phone calls.…
