We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Scrum Leader to join our Enterprise Transformation team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Establish and maintain Scrum practices, facilitating understanding of Scrum theory and practice within the Scrum Team and the organization. Remove impediments to the Team’s progress and ensure all Scrum events take place, are productive, and kept within timeboxes. Coach Teams in self-management, cross-functionality, and focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done. Facilitate stakeholder collaboration, support product goal definition and backlog management, and help establish empirical product planning for complex environments.…
