We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Estate Settlement Specialist, Client Service II to join our Wealth Management team. This role may be located in Philadelphia or Pittsburgh. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Work with internal and external Estate Settlement partners and clients to resolve moderately complex day-to-day estate administration issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY. Support internal and external Estate Settlement partners and clients in addressing moderately complex operational, administrative, and technical issues and ensure requests are executed accurately and on time. Apply intermediate problem-solving skills, experience, and judgment to analyze information and resolve non-routine issues.…
