Job Responsibilities: Supervise and coach a team of transaction specialists, ensuring efficient processing of transactions. Oversee title processing operations, setting daily production goals, delegating work, and evaluating performance to maximize productivity and quality. Manage a team of 16+ employees, leading by example and effectively coaching employees to improve quality and performance. Resolve complex issues by working directly with customers, dealers, vendors, municipalities, and other internal teams. Monitor work assigned to ensure processing within service level while meeting legal, compliance, and risk requirements. Collaborate with others to identify and implement procedural changes, utilizing knowledge in artificial intelligence and automation.…
