We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Client Processing Manager to join our Transfer Agency team. This role is located in New York - 4 days in office expectation per week. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Leads multiple teams and oversees a core operating area in Transfer Agency. Leads teams who handle any/all aspects of investor servicing - account opening, transaction processing, payments and cash recon, reporting. Senior escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders. Responsible for resource allocation and for ensuring projects are on schedule and to budget. Develops policies and processes to ensure the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards.…
