The Production Team Lead role is responsible for building engineered HVAC units and ensuring their production assembly cell is actively engaged to meet daily customer demand and production schedule. The Production Team Lead provides effective training to the department employees and ensures safety and quality standards are always maintained. What you will do: Responsible to build engineered HVAC equipment utilizing equipment, standard work processes, work content for a specified area and lead a work cell Promote and adhere to LEAN guidelines.
