The Contracting Site Superintendent is responsible for leading day-to-day field execution of assigned projects and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the quality standards established by Trane and the customer. This role serves as the primary on-site contact for project stakeholders and works closely with the Project Manager to coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials, documentation, and customer communication. The Contracting Site Superintendent helps drive successful project delivery through strong field leadership, planning, accountability, and a focus on customer satisfaction. This is also an "on your tools" role where you will be performing equipment installation.…
