Job Description Position Overview The Clinical Lab Trainer, Molecular I prepares and facilitates training for new hire and existing employee training in the clinical laboratory, with guided direction from operational and training leadership. This role supports the molecular laboratory through subject matter and training expertise to ensure all team members are trained properly and competencies are successfully met and documented.
