Position Overview The LAS Operations Training Specialist’s main responsibility is to prepare, facilitate, and perform training for new and existing LAS team members, as well as equipment users. This role is crucial in ensuring that all team members are trained properly and that their competencies are successfully met. To achieve this, you will be required to shadow our equipment service team to expand your knowledge and stay informed of day-to-day expectations. Furthermore, this role will be responsible for editing training materials, assessments, and competencies to reflect current processes. Lastly, this role will need to complete assigned competencies and end-user-proficiency assessments for learners and file all training documentation appropriately.…
