Support process improvement projects focused on efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost savings. Assist with process mapping, data collection, analysis, and visualization to identify improvement opportunities. Participate in Kaizen events, workshops, GEMBA walks, and problem-solving activities with cross-functional teams. Help develop dashboards, metrics, and reports to track project progress, savings, and business impact. Support digital and AI-enabled improvement initiatives, including workflow automation and data-driven process improvements. Assist with standard work documentation, action tracking, and implementation follow-up. Prepare and present project findings, recommendations, and outcomes to business stakeholders at the conclusion of the internship.…
