Support Quality Assurance and Quality Operations activities, including investigations, deviations, CAPA, complaints, batch record review, material disposition, and related quality documentation. Assist with collecting, organizing, reviewing, and analyzing quality and operational data to support KPI tracking, trending, metrics reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support the organization, reconciliation, scanning, indexing, and maintenance of quality records and documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Data Integrity principles, and Quality Management System requirements. Assist with reviewing Quality Control (QC), manufacturing, and batch records for completeness, accuracy, and documentation compliance.…
