In this role you will be responsible for maintaining an accurate, organized, and readily available inventory of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) parts and supplies. This role coordinates the purchasing, receiving, storage, issuing, and replenishment of parts used to support facility and equipment maintenance. The coordinator maintains accurate inventory records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), monitors usage and stock levels, performs physical inventory counts, and prepares inventory and purchasing reports. The position works closely with maintenance, operations, purchasing, suppliers, and other internal teams to help ensure that the right parts are available when needed while controlling cost and reducing excess or obsolete inventory.…
