At EMD Electronics, as a Production Supervisor, you will be supervising plant operations. In this role you will have a strong focus on safety. Responsibilities will include: Manage multiple manufacturing operations and 30-35 employees on a rotating schedule. Promote safety in the workplace and investigate safety related issues. Ensure manufacturing teams follow written procedures. Create daily reports for managerial review. Manage union team overtime and vacation scheduling. Implement and document disciplinary action for failure to follow safety, manufacturing, and quality standards. Act as Incident Commander in a facility emergency. Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) and cost savings initiatives. Support Maintenance with off-shift prioritization and mechanical troubleshooting.…
