How you create impact Warehouse System Support Serve as the primary on-site contact for system-related issues impacting warehouse operations. Provide first-level troubleshooting for order management, inventory, receiving, and shipping system errors. Monitor daily system performance to identify and resolve issues proactively. Create and escalate support tickets to corporate IT in accordance with established protocols. WMS Administration & Data Maintenance Maintain warehouse location master data and customer article/SKU information. Support configuration changes and assist with system updates or deployment activities as needed. Validate system setups to ensure compliance with customer and operational requirements.…
